Client intake form
The state of Texas requires that all new clients fill out a confidential client intake form. By signing this form the client verifies that all the information is true.

Appropriate behavior

The providers listed on this website perform massages for therapeutic purposes only. It is understood that any inappropriate behavior such as excessive drinking, drug use, illicit or sexually suggestive remarks, or advances made by a client will result in immediate termination of the session, and the client will be liable for payment for the "full" scheduled appointment.

Payment
Clients can pay for appointments by or credit card or Payal on the website. However, clients can book appointments and pay by credit card over the phone.

Liability
The client is using the services of an independent contractor not an employee of Massage2U. Massage2U will not be held liable for any injury or loss suffered by the client due to the negligence or misconduct including inappropriate sexual behavior of the contractors listed on this site. We do not accept appointments for clients under the age of 18.

Gratuity
Gratuity is not included in the price of a session. Tips are appreciated.

Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and changes must be made at least 2 hours prior to your appointment. If the appointment is made less than 2 hours in advanced and the therapist has not left for your appointment you may be eligible for a refund. Otherwise, if not enough notice is given there will be no refund. If your therapist is more than 30 minutes late and you do not want to reschedule then the client is eligible for a refund. There are no refunds or changes to the appointment duration allowed once a massage has started.

Tardiness and No shows
The therapist has a +/-15 min grace period due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances. The client will still receive the same amount of hands on time. If the client is not at the location within 15 minutes of the specified time the client is considered a no show. No refund will be given and the therapist can leave. If the therapist does no show or if they are more than 30 minutes late and the client does not wish to reschedule, then the client is eligible for a full refund.

Rescheduling
An individual client is allowed to reschedule an appointment with a 2 hour notice. groups events, tandem, or couples massages must be rescheduled with 24 hour notice.

Massage duration
The amount of time in the session booked will refers just to hands on massage time. This does not include any time for dressing and undressing, table setup, or first time client intake.

Disclaimer
Clients agree to indemnify and hold Massage2U, its officers, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, directors, contractors, service providers, and suppliers harmless from any claim or demand including reasonable attorney fees and court costs made by any third party due to or arising out of content they submit, post or make available through the service, their use of the service, their violation of the terms and conditions, their breach of any representations and warranties herein, or their violation of any rights of another. Clients agree that by using Massage2Us services they agree to the above disclaimer and understand that all services performed are by independent contractors of Massage2U.
