I did not have the energy to leave my home, drive to the massage clinic, hope that everything goes fine at the reception desk, get the massage, hope it does the trick, unnecessarily chat with people on the way out, and then drive home. I selected soothing music just as Lynn L. showed up at the door with a calming demeanor. She was entirely set up within 3 minutes. I handed her a lavender scent that she mixed with her signature oil and she went straight to work at relaxing me. She employed a deep tissue touch within her signature massage techniques. He asked specific questions about whether they were injuries or just problem spots. His technique/treatment plan incorporates, deep tissue, sport,swedish, myofascial massage and active isolating stretching with essential oil therapy. The 90 minute session was an exceptional experience, where the entire body was treated as a whole, individual parts isolated for attention, and problem areas dealt with specifically. Plus the massage actually lasted the full time scheduled instead of the way some places subtract time for dressing etc... I would recommend this for anyone with a busy schedule.
